Delta State Public and Private Properties Protection Bill 2018

Governor Ifeanyi Okowa recently signed the Delta State Public and Private Properties Protection Bill 2018  into law. The bill prohibit the forceful entry into public and private properties under development by youths thus criminalising the illegal collection of levies.

Delta State budget proposal for 2019 fiscal year

DELTA State Governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa , presented a budget proposal of N367, 095,083,451 to the State House of Assembly for the 2019 fiscal year with 57.21 per cent on capital expenditure.
